Covid-19 Traffic Light System
Bea DnD Games will make some changes to comply with the Covid-19 traffic light system. After all, helping to slow the spread of the pandemic is a co-op game! We’ve followed the government guidelines and want to keep all staff and customers as safe as possible.
Please take a few minutes to read the more in-depth breakdown – this is more of a read so get comfy!
There won't be limits on capacity, but please respect other customer's space. We know there’s no mandate to wear masks, but we will still ask both staff and customers to be team players and mask up in the retail space.
Masks will still be requested when leaving the play space for any reason but will not be required when seated in the play space.
We have hand sanitizer available, and we’ll encourage you to make sure you're distancing from other customers. We will require both staff and customers to be team players and mask up in the retail space.

As with Orange, we’ll require masks to be worn. We have hand sanitizer available, and we encourage you to make sure you're distancing from other customers. If you're sick, stay home.
Masks are required to be worn in the play space. You must wear them properly covering both your nose and mouth with your mask. We have free spare masks should yours be damaged, sitting loose or forgotten.
We will space you apart where possible and will set up some temporary tables in the front of the store for game nights as well. The Government rules for events venues to operate using a vaccine mandate under the red traffic light setting is that capacity is based on venue size allowing for 1m distancing or 200 people whichever is the lower. However, this 1m distancing is purely to calculate a venue's capacity, players do not need to literally maintain the 1m distancing from one another when in the store or at an event.
Some events may change to accommodate health measures and precautions.
Thanks team! We know this seems like a ton of rules, but we all know good rules make for great gaming! We want people to enjoy the games they play while minimizing the risks. If you have any questions or concerns about the measures we have in place, please let us know.
